RETURN POLICY
At 40RULE, we strive to keep our customers satisfied. However, there may be occasions where you wish to return a product. Below you will find our return policy clearly explained.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
• You may request a return only after physically receiving your item.
• Return shipping costs are entirely the customer’s responsibility, including any international shipping fees.
• A fixed fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund as return processing costs.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels attached.
• Trying on items is allowed, but wearing them is not.
• Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order is not permitted.
ORDER CANCELLATION
• Orders can be canceled free of charge within 24 hours of purchase.
• After this period, your order is automatically processed and cancellation is no longer possible.
WHY RETURNS ARE PROCESSED IN ASIA
40RULE is a U.S.-based brand, but all returns are handled at our international return facility in Asia. This specialized warehouse allows us to efficiently inspect returned items and give suitable products a second life through donation. This approach reduces waste and supports a more sustainable supply chain. For this reason, the return address may differ from our U.S. office location.
RETURN PROCESS

Request your return via info@40-rule.ca within 30 days of receiving your item. Our customer service team will provide all necessary return instructions. You may also contact us through our contact page for assistance.

Ship the item back at your own expense, including any customs or shipping fees.

We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking.
REFUNDS
• Once we have received and approved the returned item, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
• A $10 return processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are possible. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact our customer service team first. We offer several exchange options and will guide you through the process personally.

LIABILITY
• We are not responsible for lost packages if tracking shows the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.
• If an incorrect address was provided, this is the responsibility of the customer.
• Address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.
